	DAN Roadblock DECC Whitehall, London. Sat 16 Feb 2013
	Protesters from the Disabled Peoples Direct Action Network get ready to act They begin to move away from the Fuel Poverty Rally And start to get onto the road, while behind them police and photographers fail to notice They move out into the road A woman holds up her hand to stop the traffic as the wheelchairs move out to block the carriageway and pensioners have come with them to help block the traffic
	A pensioner padlocks himself to a wheelchair And other protesters come and join them on the road where people being to speak about why they are making this protest
