End Jamaican Charter Flight deportations

It was very dark away from the roadway as usual opposite Downing St,
and there were some blue lights

The protest was called by BAME Lawyers and BARAC UK
The deportation charter flights are a part of the Home Office's 'hostile
environment' for immigrants
Zita Holbourne, one of the cofounders of BARAC
The government has still not ended the harassment of Windrush families
- and the planned deportation would
split up the families of some of them. Most of those selected for
the flight have committed only minor offences
such as failing to pay council tax and have served their sentences.
Almost all were brought up in this country,
and have no real connection with Jamaica.
